Looking for a healthy and easy homemade salad dressing? I was and knew it was time to mix things up!

I am a creature of habit, sometimes to a fault! I found myself in the same routine with my salad dressing…well, lack thereof salad dressing. Olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, and call it day.

I realized I was craving more flavor and zest on my salads. Making your own salad dressing is an easy way to find excitement with a simple salad, plus you’ll get more nutritional benefits from the herbs and citrus.

Herb and Citrus Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS⁠
1 cup of avocado oil ⁠
1 bunch of chives⁠
1 bunch of cilantro ⁠
Juice of 1 lemon ⁠
Juice of 1 lime ⁠
2-3 garlic cloves⁠
1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar ⁠
Pinch of salt ⁠
Pinch of pepper⁠

INSTRUCTIONS⁠
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processer. ⁠
2. Blend until fully combined. Pour over salads or use as a marinade. Store in a Mason Jar in the fridge for 1-3 days. ⁠
