Chive and Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs
I am loving these no mayo deviled eggs! They are full of spring chive flavor and a touch of goat cheese for a creamy taste.
INGREDIENTS
-4 eggs
-1-2 tbsp. mustard
-1 tbsp. chives, diced into small pieces
-Pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, to taste
-1 tbsp. of goat cheese, softened
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Hardboil eggs-I did mine in the air-fryer for 12 minutes.
2. Peel hardboiled eggs, slice in half. Remove the yolk and place it into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Using a fork, mash, and combine yolk with ingredients.
4. Place the mixture into a small plastic bag. Cut a small slit across the bottom corner of the bag.
5. Squeeze the mixture back into the egg whites where you originally removed the yolk.
6. Sprinkle with remaining chives and enjoy!
