Chive and Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs

I am loving these no mayo deviled eggs! They are full of spring chive flavor and a touch of goat cheese for a creamy taste.

INGREDIENTS

-4 eggs⁠

-1-2 tbsp. mustard⁠

-1 tbsp. chives, diced into small pieces ⁠

-Pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, to taste ⁠

-1 tbsp. of goat cheese, softened⁠

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hardboil eggs-I did mine in the air-fryer for 12 minutes.⁠

2. Peel hardboiled eggs, slice in half. Remove the yolk and place it into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. ⁠

3. Using a fork, mash, and combine yolk with ingredients. ⁠

4. Place the mixture into a small plastic bag. Cut a small slit across the bottom corner of the bag. ⁠

5. Squeeze the mixture back into the egg whites where you originally removed the yolk. ⁠

6. Sprinkle with remaining chives and enjoy!⁠
