Easy Homemade Salad Dressing
Bottled salad dressings on grocery store shelves can be full of additives, gums, and preservatives. 🤢That’s why I love making my own! Don’t be intimidated-homemade dressings only require some chopping 🔪and a few ingredients. This dressing is one of my favorites and a weekly go-to. Store in a Mason Jar for up to five days.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. of lemon zest
2 cloves of garlic (minced or diced)
1 shallot (minced or diced)
2 tbsp. of dijon mustard
1 tbsp. of honey
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp. of turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Dice or mince garlic and shallot. Juice and zest the lemon. Combine all ingredients in a Mason Jar or medium-sized bowl and combine. Enjoy over your favorite green salad!
